It should be noted that the hotel also rents a holiday villa on the beach of Madirokely (8 km away), which includes two ventilated rooms equipped with mosquito nets, a bathroom (shower with hot water), a safe, a living room, a kitchen and a veranda opening directly on the beach. A cleaning lady deals with the maintenance of the house each morning. The household linen is provided. The price is 80 euros/day with a 30% of down payment at booking time.

In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival or no-shows, full amount is forfeited
- Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require 100% deposit to confirm.
- Bookings made more than 30 days in advance of arrival require 20% deposit to confirm.
- Full payment (the remaining 80%) will be taken at 30 days prior to arrival.
