With 43 rooms, Nosy Bé Hotel can be considered quite large compared to other structures on the island, but it still has the feel of a delightful tropical hamlet by the beach, with many different-shaped buildings, shaded by huge trees around a lovely pool. Stay here if you want all the comfort of international hotels, but with a very distinct Nosy Bé flavour and an authentic island atmosphere.
Despite its reasonable size, Nosy Bé Hotel is a resort - in the sense that everything is provided on the spot for the guests' comforts. The dive centre, the activity kiosk on the beach, the two boutiques, the cocktail bar and the renowned "Alta Marea" restaurant help guests relax and unwind. The restaurant prides itself on its inventive cuisine, mixing European and local flavours, and making the best of the rich ocean's catch and the local spices, from greenest pepper to darkest cocoa.
